Order

  1. The conditions apply if a legal relationship arises when purchasing goods between the owner of the e-shop www.emake.ee (Seller), Multiweb OÜ, reg: 12102527, and the person who made the purchase (Buyer).

Price

  1. Prices shown include VAT.
  2. Delivery fee will be added to the cost of the goods. More details in the "Delivery" section. Delivery is free if the order is more than 50 euros. For Finland, free shipping from 100 euros.
  3. If you have a discount code, the product discount is calculated after you enter the discount code in the shopping cart.
  4. The seller can change the general conditions of the e-shop, as well as the prices for goods and services. Changes are announced in the electronic environment of the e-store. The prices and conditions valid at the time of the transaction are applied to transactions.

Checkout

  1. The product is added to the cart after clicking the “Add to cart” button on the product selection page.
  2. In the basket, you can change the quantity of an item and remove an item from the cart.
  3. To checkout, click the "Checkout" button in the cart - the customer is directed to the checkout page. After entering the necessary data, the client is directed to the page for choosing a payment method.
  4. The order is considered completed after payment of the invoice.
  5. After payment of the invoice, an order confirmation is sent to the customer's e-mail.
  6. If necessary, the Seller calls the Buyer by phone if the order requires clarification.
  7. If the ordering party is a company, then the Seller sends a separate invoice attached to the e-mail with a PDF attachment, if the company itself expresses such a desire by e-mail.

Payment

  1. For an order made in an electronic environment, a 100% payment is made.
  2. Payment is made in euros.
  3. A partially paid order is not processed and the money is returned to the Buyer within 10 days after deducting the costs of payment systems.
  4. The Seller is not obliged to fulfill the order until the amount of money for the value of the goods is accredited in the Seller's bank account.
  5. The security certificate confirmation icon is present in the lower right corner on every page of the Store. When you hover the cursor over the sign, information appears confirming the security of the payments being made.
  6. For correct ordering, you should click "Return to Seller" when paying.

Delivery

  1. We accept orders 24 hours a day and start work on weekdays from 10.00 to 21.00 and on weekends from 10.00 to 14.00.
  2. Delivery takes 2-3 business days from the date of purchase if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock (this is indicated by warnings on the product page when choosing a size), then delivery is carried out within 10-14 days.
  3. Payment for delivery within Estonia to the SmartPost terminal is 2.99 euros. Payment for delivery to Finland SmartPost terminal 12.99 euros
  4. The Seller is not responsible for the discrepancy of the completed order if the Buyer has provided inaccurate or incorrect delivery data. In this case, re-sending is done only after returning the goods to the Seller and clarifying the recipient's data.

Cancellation of order and return of goods

  1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order made before the Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation of the order, informing the Seller of his desire by email. mail or contact phone number. When canceling an order, you must provide its number.
  2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the completed purchase within 2 days from the date of receipt of the order, informing the Seller in writing. The seller asks to indicate in the application the reason for the return of the goods.
  3. In case of withdrawal from the transaction, the Buyer is obliged to return the purchased goods either personally into the hands of the Seller's representative, or using the appropriate delivery service of the goods provided by the postal service, within 2 days from the day the Seller is notified of his desire to withdraw from the transaction. All costs associated with the return of goods are paid by the Buyer.
  4. After receiving the goods back, the Seller undertakes to return to the Buyer all the money paid for the goods (including the costs of delivering the goods from the Seller to the Buyer) in the same way as the payment for the goods was made by the Buyer, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
  5. To exercise the right to return the goods and withdraw from the transaction, the Buyer must carefully open the packaging of the goods and return the goods along with the packaging. The principle of rationality applies when returning goods removed from the packaging. Attention! The returned item must not be used and must be packed in its original box. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer packs at his own expense in suitable packaging.

Other conditions

  1. The data of the Buyer and his orders stored in the electronic environment of the e-store are used confidentially. The seller does not disclose information that has become known to him about his clients to third parties.
  2. Data transmission between the client and banks, as well as payment centers is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Buyer's personal data and bank details. The Seller does not have access to confidential bank details.
  3. All disagreements that occur between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. In the event that the disagreement cannot be resolved by reaching a compromise, the Buyer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Board or Tallinn City Court to protect his interests. All disputes arising from lack of agreement or not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved on the basis of the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
